580 students graduated from Afghan-Korea Vocational training Institute

His Excellency Faizullah Zaki Minister of Labour and Social Affairs comprised with South Korea ambassador, director and Vice-director of Korea international cooperation Agency, representatives from Afghanistan’s Chamber of commerce and Industry and Afghanistan’s industrial Association, Chief Adviser of Labour and Social Affair’s ministry and few department directors of ministry with a group of institutes teachers have distributed graduation certificates to Five hundred and eighty Students In a ceremony held in AKVTI’s conference room.

At first MirJalaluddinHusham Director of AKVTI talked about institute activities, performances and the main purpose of Agreement between Ministry of Labour and Social affairs, Korea international cooperation Agency, Afghanistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Afghanistan’s industrial Association.

We have two main objectives in the institution he further revealed: one is theoretical and practical vocational training in many different fields for Afghan youths and second is seeking job opportunities for these youth’s graduators.

These two main objectives are also the cornerstones of this quadrilateral agreement and the main purpose of new entrepreneurship centre which was also inaugurated in AKVTI Husham Said.

His Excellency Faizullah Zaki Minister of Labour and Social Affairs praised Mr Husham and congratulated to the 580 graduators and their families from 7 different fields of the institute and vowed to further facilitate the capabilities promotion of female graduators.                   

Subsequently, South Korean ambassador has mentioned AKVTI as a friendship icon between Afghanistan and South Korea and insisted on the development of this institute for Afghans youths by the cooperation of Labour and Social Affairs ministry and others related institutions.

Mr Ataee delegate from Afghan Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Azimi the representative of Afghanistan industrial Association pledged long-term cooperation with Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and AKVTIin different field especially vocational training, internships, to hire professional and expertise youths who are graduated from this institute and seek new jobs for them.

This ceremony was concluded with distribution of certificates and prizes for the graduators of 7 departments of AKVTi.

It is mentionable that more than 580 male and female Afghan youths were graduated from Afghan-Korea vocational training institute in 2018 and from the inauguration of this institute, more than 7000 professional workforces are graduated from this institute and inducted to the work market.
